Client was in a DUI accident and was over 2.5 times the legal limit for alcohol by BAC.  Client was previously convicted of DUI felony, was not eligible for diversionary court and was facing mandatory prison sentence of up to 15 years.  Case resolved to misdemeanor DUI conviction and probation.  Client was able to remain out of custody and stay employed.
